Our customer portal makes it simple to manage your shipments, quotes, and reports all in
one place. Logging in only takes a moment, and once you’re inside, you’ll have quick
access to the tools you use most.
How to Log In to the Customer Portal
Click the “Customer Portal” button
Button is location in the top right-hand corner of
our website.
Enter Your Credentials
Type in your username and password. (Tip: If needed, click the “Forgot Password” link to reset it.)
Click "Login"
You’ll be taken directly to your Dashboard, where you can begin tracking, shipping, and running reports.
Navigating the Dashboard
From the dashboard, you can choose from three main menu sections:
Tracking
- Track a shipment in real time
- View shipment details and status updates
Shipping
- Get rate quotes or review existing ones
- Check transit times
- Schedule a pickup
- Complete a Bill of Lading (BOL) entry
- Access additional shipping tools
Reports
- Generate a detailed shipment report
- Run reports by state, weight, or timeframe
- Access open invoices and statement reports
- Export data for record-keeping
