John Deere Recognizes Standard Forwarding for Performance Excellence

 

EAST MOLINE, Illinois (April 21, 2016) – For a 10th consecutive year, Standard Forwarding has earned “Partner” level status in John Deere’s Achieving Excellence supplier recognition program. Deere presented the award to the company at their annual Achieving Excellence Banquet April 21, 2016. 

Suppliers in John Deere’s Achieving Excellence program are evaluated in several key performance categories: quality, cost management, delivery, technical support and wavelength, which is a measure of responsiveness. John Deere Supply Management created the program in 1991 to provide a supplier evaluation and feedback process that promotes continuous improvement.

Standard Forwarding is only carrier to achieve Partner level status each year since Deere expanded the program to include service providers in 2006.
